We smoke an entire Prime Rib Roast just like we smoke our other meats.  The result is a deliciously tender cut of USDA Choice Prime Rib with a hint of hickory smoke.  If you haven't tried a smoked steak go for it, you probably won't find this anywhere else!

Thursdays:
